Folsom Kids Academy has served preschool age children of the Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Gold River, Folsom, El Dorado Hills and Cameron Park area since 2004. Our preschool and extended Childcare program was designed to allow parents the peace of mind knowing that their child is in an environment where they can develop intellectually and socially through love and learning. We proudly offer a 6 to 1 ratio where preschoolers are involved with warm, loving, experienced teachers and staff. Our individualized preschool education plan considers appropriateness for every child in our class. The curriculum offers developmentally appropriate activities that foster individual cognitive, social, emotional and physical development.Our curriculum High Scope Practice means that we understand that a high-quality early education has the potential to increase children's lifelong success and provide economic and social benefits to society.

We offer a child-centered preschool education focusing on the whole child. Our daily preschool schedule includes time for teacher instruction, hands-on learning activities, educational projects where children work independently and together in groups as well as time for recreational fun. Each child's academic growth is obseved on a daily basis. These observations are made through anecdotal notes and child portfolios, in an effort for your child to reach their fullest potential.
