We are a second generation family-run pediatric specialty practice and have been serving the children of the Folsom and Sacramento area for over 35 years. We see our patients' smiling faces all over town! Dr. Cindy Weideman is Board Certified, a Diplomate and Fellow of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and was voted by her peers as the top pediatric dentist in the Sacramento area. Dr. Jeff Sue is a Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry and Infant Oral Health. Both are proud Folsom natives. Dr. Lexie Lyons is a Specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.

OUR DENTISTS

Dr. Cindy Weideman grew up in Sacramento. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California (Davis), graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the University of California (Los Angeles) where she was chief resident. She is Board Certified, a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (Click here to view the ABPD website).

She has received advanced training in child psychology, developmental disabilities and infant oral health. Dr. Cindy is an active member of the American Board of Pediatric Dentists, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Society of Pediatric Dentists, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Sacramento District Dental Society and the International Association for Paediatric Dentistry. Dr. Jeffrey Sue was born and raised in Fair Oaks and now calls Folsom his permanent home. After his graduation from Bella Vista High School, he attended California State University in Sacramento and received a degree in psychology. He then graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He completed his specialty degree in pediatric dentistry at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego where he was appointed chief resident, supervising fellow residents. He currently serves as adjunct faculty at the hospital helping to train future specialists in pediatric residency.

Dr. Jeff is a unique addition to the Weideman family practice in that since the age of three he was a patient of Dr. Mike, founder of the pediatric practice. It was in this environment of a caring dentist, kind-hearted staff and a quality dental practice that Dr. Jeff realized his love of pediatric dentistry. While still a high school student, Dr. Jeff was awarded a dental health scholarship from Sunrise Dental Associates. Because of his involvement with the office, the Weidemans realized a mentoring program would be beneficial to encourage and assist young people wanting to pursue a career in the field of dentistry. This program, in effect today, allows students to be a part of the daily activities of a child friendly, patient-centered office. MORE
