Fit Camps

Fit Camp is geared toward people who want to "Think Outside the Gym". We will help you to achieve all of your personal fitness goals in a team atmosphere. Fit Camp will teach you how to increase your speed, balance, flexibility and strength the way professional athletes do. All activities are outside in beautiful Granite Bay, CA.  Studies have found that the best way to stick to a fitness program is to find an activity you enjoy...... We put the fun back into your workouts!

Shelly is Certified through the National Strength Coach Association and has worked as a Personal Trainer for more than 17 years.
Shelly is a certified Paramedic, Athletic Trainer and life long athlete that is always putting a new twist on your workout that creates a fun, safe learning environment.

SHELLY ALVES, NSCA CPT

Your trainer/coach, Shelly, is a northern California native and life long athlete. She holds a degree in Exercise Science/Philosophy. She is certified through the National Strength Coach Association, NSCA CPT, the only accredited program in the USA. She has been an Athletic Trainer for 10 years and is a Nationally Accredited Paramedic.

Her personal athletic pursuits include:
