Started in 1986, John's Woodbutcher Shop began by helping friends complete their home woodworking projects that they could not tackle themselves. I developed skills from a younger day with stationary tools handed down from my father. I purchased new tools and soon developed a working relationship with an interior designer in Sacramento. She needed me to work with her clients and install crown molding, bookcases and fireplace mantels. Through the years I have stayed away from total kitchen design and have focused on smaller woodworking projects that I have listed.
