Kayle received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a finance emphasis, from California State University, Hayward.  He has also successfully completed various courses in financial planning offered through the University of California at Berkeley.

Assisting individuals in their financial and investment decisions since 1989, Kayle began his professional career in the banking industry at Patelco Credit Union.  As manager of the Walnut Creek, California branch he was instrumental in ensuring that customers' financial needs were met and that they received the very best in customer service.

Moving to Barclays Global Investors in 1995, Kayle began working for one of the world's largest institutional investors.  Working closely with portfolio management, Kayle would measure and monitor the corporate clients' international equity portfolios.

Seeking the opportunity to get back to doing what he enjoyed most, helping individuals and families achieve greater financial success, Kayle accepted the invitation to join Dean Witter (which later merged with Morgan Stanley) in March of 1997.  He could now again develop the long-term personal relationships as in banking but now with an expanded universe of excellent investment products and services.

Since leaving Morgan Stanley and establishing Larsen Wealth Management (LWM), Kayle serves in his current role as owner and a Registered Representative and Investment Advisory Representative of Cambridge Investment Research, Inc.
