And while we are servicing our customers, we are helping to preserve our clean air environment by running our entire fleet of trucks on Bio-Fuel.

After reviewing your junk removal needs you will be presented with a firm price based on how much space your junk takes up on the truck. There are no hidden charges - you know up-front what the cost will be before any work is undertaken. Once the work is underway all you have to do is sit back and enjoy...we do all the heavy, dirty work and even broom sweep after the job is done. We can handle single items to multiple truck loads.

When you call our customer service center your call will be answered by one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members. They will explain our service and pricing to you. Our pricing includes ALL sorting, loading, and and disposal fees. We can book an appointment for you based on your availability and which is convenient for you. Appointments can be scheduled seven days a week and often appointments can be accommodated on the same day. You will be given a two hour window for the appointment - there is no need to be waiting all day for someone to show up.
On the day of the appointment our truck team will call you 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. Two uniformed team members will arrive promptly at your site and review the items to be removed. At that time you will be presented with a firm price prior to performing any work. You know in advance what the charges will be; there are no hidden charges or surprises at the end of the job.
Once the work is underway all you have to do is sit back and relax. Our truck team members will collect and remove all of the items you have identified no matter how scattered the items may be on the property. You do NOT have to move all the items to one location.
The truck team members even cleanup the area including sweeping. If any items can be donated, you will receive a donation receipt in your name in the mail. We attempt to donate, recycle or reuse 60% of what we collect.You even receive a follow up telephone call after the job to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction.
Our pricing is based on volume. Our trucks hold about 15 cubic yards of material - this is about eight pickup truck loads. You only pay for the space your junk takes up in the truck. There are never any hidden fees or unexplained surcharges. In some cases there may be surcharges imposed by local jurisdictions for items such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and tires, These surcharges are clearly explained up front before any work is undertaken.
Heavy construction material such as sheetrock, concrete, gravel, dirt or stucco are costly to dispose of and for safety reasons can only be loaded to a maximum depth of 1 foot or approximately 3 cubic yards or material. Again, you only pay for the space used.

Absolutely not. The truck team will explain all our rates up front and prior to performing any work. You will know what the total charge will be before any work commences.
Our truck box is 10 feet long by 8 feet wide by 5 feet high. It will hold approximatel 15 cubic yards of debris.
We cannot take ANY hazardous materials. Items such as paint, oil, pesticides, must be disposed of properly and we are not licensed to handle hazardous materials. The truck team can provide options for the safe disposal of hazardous material.
