Our Doctor
Dr Jared Danielson
Dr. Danielson received his D.D.S. degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He went on to complete a two year residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Boston University for which he was awarded with a specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry. Over the years Dr. Danielson has received many awards and accolades including: Louise G Ball Leadership Award; Charles Jr. and Joe Sweet Award for Excellence in Dentistry for Children; and the Warren Family Endowment Award for Outstanding Care for Children. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, Sacramento District Dental Society and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Danielson is excited to announce the opening of our newest office: Kids Care Dental Group of Folsom. He welcomes everyone to come see the new office. He is thrilled to be able to serve the young people in the greater Folsom area. Dr. Danielson is a native to California and currently lives in El Dorado Hills. He has many interests including camping, anything sports related, “cruising” around town on his old motorcycle, and spending time with his wife children. Dr Danielson and his wife enjoy two young daughters and recently celebrated the birth of their new baby boy.

Kids Care Dental Group is practice designed to meet the needs of infants, children, and teens. Our non-traumatic approach and a clean comfortable environment ensure that every child will have an awesome experience! We wantb your child to WANT to come back and that is why we go out of our way to make sure they have an amazing experience each and every time they come to see us.
The America Acedemy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) recommends that a childvisit the dentist by his/her 1st birthday or the emergence of their first tooth. This is a great way to get your child to be comfortable with seeing the dentist...and hopefully looking forward to their regular checkups. You can help make this first visit to the dentist enjoyable and positive. Let your child know that the dentist will only be "looking" at their teeth and that the dentist and their staff will explain everything before they do it. The less to-do concerning the visit, the better.
We invite you to stay with your child during the initial examination and encourage you to accompany them through the dental experience. We invite you to stay with your child during treatment bacause we want every child to feel as comfortable as possible and sometimes having mom or dad nearby can be a great help. For the safety and privacy of all patients, other children who are not being treated should remain in the reception room with a supervising adult
