The Hall's Warranty
HALL'S 10 YEAR WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE and 1 YEAR CHECK-UP
If at any time within 10 years after Hall's Window Center installs your new replacement windows or patio doors, a problem arises that can be attributed to the quality of our installation, Hall's will correct the problem. Period.
When calling Hall's for a warranty concern, please reference your account number and the year the installation was completed. We will promptly send a service agent to address the problem.
A Hall's representative will inspect your house and make a determination as to whether the defect or concern is attributable to our workmanship.
If our workmanship is faulty, Hall's will pay for the materials and labor needed to correct the problem. The warranty also covers accidental glass breakage, parts and labor. The warranty covers any rectangular dual pane unit that we install after July 1, 1996 that breaks due to accident. This warranty excludes acts of God, or periods of civil unrest.
There are some express items that we are not responsible for under this warranty. This list does not cover all of those items:
Pre-existing conditions of the home, ie: dry-rot, cracked stucco, leaking siding, existing leaks, or weather-damaged, unfinished, exterior trim that we install.
Hall's is not obligated to perform any work or address any concern not expressly stated on our Customer Service Agreement or Work Order Agreement.
You also have very specific rights under the manufacturer's warranty. Please reference their warranties for details.
Hall's is an authorized representative for most brands that we install. Whether you think a problem is a product defect of workmanship defect, call Hall's and we will send out a service agent to address the problem.
Approximately 1 year after we complete your project, please call our office to schedule your 1 Year Check-Up. During this Check-Up, we will inspect the condition of your doors and windows to make sure they're operating properly and answer any questions you may have.
