What is a Home Inspection?
A home inspection is an evaluation of a home's durability and serviceability. The inspection provides an unbiased report of the home's general condition. To ensure the evalutaion is objective, the home inspector does not provide estimates for repair cost nor conduct repair work on the homes they inspect. This policy follows the Code of Ethics formembers of the American institute of Inspectors. The average home takes approximately 2.5 - 4 hours to inspect. After the inspection is complete, the inspector provides a report that details the findings about the home's condition.

Your Inspection Report?
You will receive your home inspection report withing 24 hours of your inspection. It will be customized and include digital photographs of the home and property. The report is designed in a check-box format, which makes results easy to read and understand. The report ranges from 14 - 20 pages, depending on the home's size and overall findings..
