Folsom Planning Commission Monthly Meeting

The Planning Commission reviews planning applications for design review, variances, use permits, planned development permits, and environmental determinations. The commission also advises the city council on land use matters, including rezone requests, general or specific plan amendments, annexations, and ordinance amendments. Planning Commission meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 50 Natoma Street. The meetings are open to the public.
