Smart Start was established in 2001 by a mother who wanted to design a school with a parent's touch. Today Smart Start is not only the first true “Green” school in Placer County and the Tri-Cities area but is now opening it’s third location in Folsom, California. The key to Smart Start is the successful curriculum as well as the amazing staff. High quality teachers are the secret to any great program and Smart Start is no exception. The staff at Smart Start is the best around. They are selected from among many qualified applicants and trained to exceed all state standards. We are thrilled to offer a one-of-a kind "Elite" program designed to meet each student’s individual style of learning. Smart Start is dedicated to the changing needs of students, and we work hand-in-hand with both the Loomis, Folsom, and Newark school districts to address the ever-changing standards. As the needs change in the community so does our program.
